What You'll Do:

Pick and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy.

Load, pack, wrap, label, and ship products for outbound delivery.

Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and process orders.

Ensure all shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and documented.

Pick orders within assigned warehouse zones while maintaining productivity standards.

Lift, move, and handle materials throughout your shift while following safety procedures.

✅ 2+ years of order picking experience

✅ Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment

✅ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

✅ Strong communication skills and ability to understand written and verbal English

⭐ Retail fulfillment or warehouse experience

⭐ High-volume packing experience

⭐ Experience operating a pallet jack

Sunday - Wednesday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Work in a large, modern distribution center equipped with warehouse racking, shipping stations, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment. This role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout your shift. Steel-toe or safety-toe footwear is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
