Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Warehouse Order Selectors in Twinsburg for a steady 11:00AM - 7:30PM Monday - Friday schedule paying $19.50 /hour.

You'll use a voice-directed picking system to select customer orders, build and wrap pallets, and move completed orders through the warehouse using powered pallet equipment.

This is active, hands-on warehouse work where accuracy, pace, and dependability matter.

What You'll Do

• Use a voice-directed headset to receive and complete picking assignments
• Locate and select products throughout the warehouse
• Match product numbers and descriptions for order accuracy
• Pick the correct products and quantities for customer orders
• Build orders onto pallets using established stacking patterns
• Safely stack and organize products to create stable pallets
• Hand shrink-wrap completed customer orders
• Apply required labels to finished pallets
• Operate an electric pallet jack or walkie-rider to move orders through the warehouse
• Stage completed orders for shipment
• Identify and report damaged products, incorrect items, order discrepancies, or equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow established warehouse and equipment-safety procedures
• Work with the team to meet daily order and productivity goals

What We're Looking For

• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Ability to work at a steady, productive pace throughout the shift
• Comfortable using a headset and following voice-directed picking instructions
• Ability to safely build and organize palletized orders
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday
• Comfortable performing active, physical warehouse work
• Ability to safely operate powered warehouse equipment
• Willingness to work overtime when required

Previous experience in order selecting, order picking, warehouse fulfillment, distribution, pallet building, electric pallet jack operation, or walkie-rider equipment is a plus.
