Description: Order Picker Warehouse Location: Willowbrook, IL Pay: $19.00/hour Schedule: Monday Friday, 5:30 AM 2:00 PM Saturday Overtime: Mandatory Candidates must be available to work Saturdays due to high business volume. Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Willowbrook! The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, picking and preparing orders accurately, and handling products throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities - Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. - Locate and retrieve dresses and other merchandise throughout the warehouse. - Pick dresses from top racks using lift/climbing equipment. - Safely handle and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. - Maintain an organized and clean work area. - Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines. - Meet productivity and accuracy expectations in a fast-paced environment. - Work as part of a team to ensure orders are completed on time. Requirements - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Must be comfortable working at heights and picking merchandise from top racks using lift/climbing equipment. - Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is a plus. - Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. - Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. - Must be available to work Saturdays for mandatory overtime.
