Shift: Monday – Friday 2pm-10:30pm

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Order Pickers to start IMMEDIATELY at $18.00. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules to plan and prioritize work
• Ensure inventory is ready and coordinate with shipping for material needs
• Complete cycle counts and manually verify product quantities
• Use RF scanners to pick, organize, and replenish inventory
• Consolidate racks and split or combine labels for accuracy
• Train new and existing team members on various warehouse functions
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse or manufacturing setting
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners
• Basic math skills and the ability to read labels
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail for safety and accuracy

Skills

• Material handling experience
• Inventory control and cycle counting
• Operation of RF scanners and warehouse computers
• Organizational and basic math skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols
