We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker / Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and utilizing RF scan guns to track materials throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Use RF scan guns and warehouse management systems to locate and track inventory
  • Verify product quantities and part numbers before shipment
  • Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits
  • Receive incoming materials and stock inventory in designated locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
  • Package and stage orders for shipment
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous order picking experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Experience using RF scan guns or barcode scanning equipment
  • Inventory control, cycle count, or material handling experience
  • Ability to accurately read pick tickets and work orders
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required
