Order Processing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Order Processing Coordinator who can provide great support for a Vegetable and Flower facility in the Salinas, CA area! This position calls for a great customer service, acting as a key link between sales, operations, and finance to ensure accuracy. 
 
Job Duties: 
  • Conduct Quality Control second checks for accuracy, completeness, and quality before shipment.
  • Responsible for handling all aspects of order fulfillment inquiries from customers.
  • Communicate with customers VIA email, text and calls.
  • Forecasting and inbound orders/transfers.
  • Submit information via internal database, ABS (Agro Business Solution) to input details, track shipments, manage payments, and provide status updates.
  • Inventory Management & Shipping Coordination.
  • Arrange deliveries with carriers, tracking shipments, and resolving any delivery issues as well as collaborating with internal depts. 
  • Obtain freight quotes from freight companies. 
  • Being able to cross train in different departments. 
Job Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or some college
  • 2+ years experience in order fulfillment dept preferred
  • Agrilculture background and experience
  • Experience with Inventory tracking system (Agro Business Solution) a plus 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and utilizing a computer
  • Excellent customer service and paying close attention to detail

Pay: $20-$22/hr
Shift: Morning; Monday – Friday
