The Tile Doctor is looking for an experienced Order Processing & Customer Service Specialist to support our e-commerce, retail, and distribution operations.
This role is heavily focused on order processing in QuickBooks, including creating sales orders, invoicing, and keeping orders moving through fulfillment and shipment.
What You'll Do
Process customer orders from EDI, portals, and emailed purchase orders
Create and manage Sales Orders and invoices in QuickBooks
Review orders for pricing, quantities, SKUs, and shipping details
Process EDI orders through SPS Commerce
Generate shipping labels for parcel and LTL shipments using Starship
Send tracking updates and resolve order or shipping issues
Answer customer and vendor calls and emails
Assist with product questions and sales support
What We're Looking For
Hands-on QuickBooks order processing experience required
Experience creating Sales Orders and invoices in QuickBooks required
Prior order entry, customer service, or sales support experience
SPS Commerce / EDI experience strongly preferred
Starship or shipping software experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
