Client Overview:
Our client is a company that represents a portfolio of luxury brands. They are seeking an Order Processing Representative to support their partner brands.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$21/hr

Position Overview:
The Order Processing Representative will manage end-to-end order processing to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities of the Order Processing Representative:
  • The Order Processing Representative will help manage end-to-end order processing, handling monitoring, manual entry, and tracking.
  • Review and resolve order issues, including credit holds, inventory shortages, pricing errors, and quotas, to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • The Order Processing Representative will help track and manage at-risk orders close to cancellation and adjust delivery timelines as needed.
  • Communicate order status clearly and proactively while supporting operational efficiency through projects and collaboration.
Required Experience/Skills for the Order Processing Representative:
  • The Order Processing Representative needs to have at least 1 year of experience in customer order management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with inventory management processes and enterprise systems.
  • The Order Processing Representative needs to have excellent analytical skills.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Effective communicator with sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
