Associate Fulfillment Special

Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour, W2
Duration: 3+ Month Contract
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Wilmington, DE

Shift is Mon - Thurs 3pm-12am and Friday 1:30pm-10:30pm

Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfilling orders for internal and external customers
  • Researching and analyzing legal documents
  • Submitting and retrieving legal documents to/from the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations
  • Researching entity status
  • Resolving or escalating issues
  • Following requests through to completion
  • Communicating progress to customers and internal teams
  • Navigating quickly between multiple processing systems and databases accurately
  • Working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Overtime and minimal (5%) travel may be required
  • Contributing to customer satisfaction and organizational success
  • Participating in process improvement programs, best practices, and occasional special projects

Requirements:

  • 4 years of customer service experience
  • Experience integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Adobe
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts (e.g., Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline); OR, if no degree, 4 years of customer service experience
