You connect the dots—answering with a friendly, professional tone, updating the WMS, and partnering with shipping/receiving to keep everything accurate and on time. Your mission

• Serve as the central point for order communications via email.
• Deliver positive, solution-oriented customer service.
• Coordinate and assist with customer returns.
• Navigate a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track orders and maintain status accuracy.
• Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to support daily warehouse operations.

Your toolkit

• Strong computer literacy and professional email skills.
• Customer service experience and an upbeat, can-do mindset.
• Exposure to any WMS platform.
• Background in shipping/receiving and warehouse work.
