Position: E-Commerce Order Processing & Customer Service Coordinator Location: Corona, CA Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time Department: Operations WHAT YOULL DO:
Process and manage daily customer and e-commerce orders
Enter and update orders using Excel, NetSuite, and internal systems
Process orders from Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other online marketplaces
Print packing slips, shipping labels, and order documentation
Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments
Track orders and shipments and help resolve delivery issues
Assist with Amazon FBA and inventory replenishment orders
Process returns, replacements, credits, and RMAs
Assist with wholesale orders and shipping documentation
Schedule carrier pickups and communicate shipping requirements
Respond to customer questions through email, chat, and online marketplaces
Resolve order discrepancies, shipping concerns, returns, and product questions
Maintain accurate customer, order, inventory, and shipping records
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Previous customer service, order processing, data entry, shipping, logistics, or e-commerce experience
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong data entry and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and time-management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
High school diploma or GED required
EXPERIENCE THAT IS A PLUS:
Amazon Seller Central / Amazon FBA
Shopify
Walmart Marketplace
NetSuite or other ERP systems
E-commerce order fulfillment
Shipping and logistics
Returns / RMA processing
Wholesale order processing
