Order Processor

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and shipping information.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to process orders.
• Label, package, and stage orders for shipping.
• Inspect products for quality and report any damaged or incorrect items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Work closely with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order processing experience preferred.
• Experience using an RF scanner is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
