Order Processor

-Support account coordinators, customers, and other functional areas of internal and external customer needs
-Provide detailed reports for account coordinators to be utilized by our internal and external customers
-Gather, file, and organize data related to customer and internal needs
-Perform accurate and efficient data entry
-Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation for the Customer Service Department


-Customer service, sales, or data entry experience
-Effective time management and ability to prioritize on multiple long- and short-term projects, meeting all related deadlines
-Strong organizational skills and high degree of attention to detail
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
