We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our team and support our growing operations.
Job Summary
The Order Processor is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, coordinating with sales and warehouse teams, and ensuring orders move efficiently from entry through completion. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders accurately into company systems
- Review orders for accuracy, product availability, and required documentation
- Coordinate with sales representatives, customers, warehouse, and delivery teams
- Follow up on order status, changes, and customer requests
- Prepare and maintain order-related documents and records
- Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and administrative tasks
- Communicate updates and resolve order discrepancies
- Support daily office operations and customer service needs
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, sales support, administration, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM, or order management systems preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
- Experience in construction, stone, flooring, building materials, or distribution industry is a plus
- Experience coordinating between customers, sales teams, and operations
