Schedule: 2nd Shift | 11 AM - 7:30 PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior order picking experience required; experience with multiple units of measure strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Commitment to quality and a high level of customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.

Job Duties:

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, voice systems, or warehouse management systems.
• Work with various units of measure (each, case, pallet, etc.) to ensure correct quantities are selected.
• Perform detailed quality checks to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Maintain high productivity while ensuring quality and accuracy in all tasks.
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
