Required Skills:

• Proficient in order selecting and pulling processes with accurate attention to detail.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills to ensure products are pulled correctly and labeled properly.
• Excellent physical stamina, as the role involves lifting and moving products regularly.
• Basic math skills to conduct inventory counts and check order accuracy.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or RFID technology.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and best practices in a warehouse environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a warehouse setting, specifically in order picking or inventory management, is highly valued, but we are open to enthusiastic newcomers as well!

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as business needs dictate.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
