We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, order picking, packing, and inventory organization. Day shift from Mon- Fri 8AM-5PM will possibly work weekends and overtime.
Responsibilities:
Load/unload trucks and verify incoming merchandise
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
Stock and organize materials on racks, shelves, and bins
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Qualifications:
1–2 years of warehouse/shipping & receiving experience
Forklift, Reach Truck, and/or Order Picker experience preferred
Sit-down forklift and stand-up reach experience a plus
Carbon flanges and fittings experience is a plus
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Must pass a background check and drug test
Able to lift 10–50 lbs. regularly and 100+ lbs. occasionally
Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in a warehouse environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
Wear the proper safety equipment at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:
One to two years of warehouse related experience in shipping and receiving
Excellent work ethic; ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player
Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed
Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Experience with Reach truck, Forklift and Order Picker
Experience with Carbon Flanges and Fittings a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience on Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-up Reach Truck or Picker preferred
Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
