Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Puller to join a busy Operations team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for accurately pulling, verifying, receiving, and preparing customer orders while maintaining established safety, security, quality, and productivity standards.

This role also involves handling and authenticating valuable metals, including gold, silver, platinum, and palladium, making accuracy, attention to detail, and dependability especially important.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required; 3 years preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong computer skills
• Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse tracking systems
• Excellent attention to detail and order accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and drug screening
• Valid medical cards are accepted




Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and prepare customer orders according to order requirements
• Double-check completed orders for accuracy and completeness
• Receive and verify products from dealers and retail customers
• Authenticate precious metals including gold, silver, platinum, and palladium
• Organize received products and integrate materials into inventory
• Safely transport completed orders to designated areas
• Repack and weigh orders as required
• Identify and report product quality concerns or discrepancies
• Assist with physical inventory counts as required
• Use RF scanners and computer systems to support order and inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety, security, and operational procedures
• Perform additional warehouse and Operations duties as assigned




Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of warehouse experience
• Previous order pulling or order fulfillment experience
• Receiving or inventory control experience
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
• Previous work involving high-value products or controlled inventory
• Experience performing physical inventory counts
• Strong computer and data-entry skills




Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequent reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, and repetitive movement
• Ability to safely climb ladders up to approximately 5 feet
• Comfortable performing physically active warehouse work throughout an extended shift
• Ability to safely transport and handle customer orders and inventory




Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse and Operations environment
• Regular handling of customer orders, inventory, and valuable materials
• Frequent use of computers, RF scanners, scales, and warehouse equipment
• Security-conscious environment requiring accuracy and careful product handling
• Shift ends when daily work is completed, typically around 4:30 PM
• Team-oriented workplace with opportunities to learn additional Operations functions
