The role requires standing, lifting up to 65 pounds, and operating motorized equipment. Candidates should have prior warehouse experience, be detail-oriented, and capable of basic math and reading skills. Flexibility for overtime and teamwork is essential. Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, performing housekeeping, and meeting productivity goals. Compensation ranges from $18-$22/hour based on experience.
