Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

12-hour Shifts

Gear Up and Get Rolling

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven role with productivity expectations
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, and lift throughout the day
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Experience operating a pallet jack is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal instructions through a headset system
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet shipping deadlines

• Pick and build customer orders accurately using a voice-picking headset system
• Operate a pallet jack to transport products throughout the warehouse
• Load completed orders onto delivery trucks for shipment
• Follow order specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Meet daily productivity and performance goals in a fast-paced environment
• Safely handle, move, and stack products during the order selection process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
