Are you experienced in warehouse operations and looking for a hands-on role? The Order Selector position involves receiving instructions and accurately picking, verifying, and staging customer orders within a warehouse environment. Youll operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, organize inventory, and ensure product quality and safety. This role is vital for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, supporting timely shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive verbal instructions from management for order picking tasks
• Pick and count customer orders from racking, pallets, bins, or shelves to ensure accuracy
• Verify product counts and types align with customer orders
• Stage completed orders in designated areas for shipment
• Organize and arrange items on pallets or storage locations as needed
• Re-pack and reorganize products within storage areas and pick locations
• Maintain inventory organization and update storage records
• Inspect products for damages or defects during picking and staging
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
• Assist in warehouse organization and space management
• Contribute ideas to improve warehouse procedures and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Strong warehouse background in shipping and receiving
• Ability to read and write in English
• Experience operating forklift, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment
• Ability to organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with order picking and packing processes

• Tier 2 - up to 20 lbs lifting requirement
