Order Selector – Night Shift

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday | 40 hours per week

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Order Selector to accurately select,

prepare, and stage customer orders for shipment. This position requires strong attention to

detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse

environment. Order Selectors will work in both refrigerated and non-refrigerated areas

and must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving products

throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is punctual, safety-conscious, and committed to

ensuring every order is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review pick tickets or electronic order assignments.

• Locate products throughout the warehouse using RF devices, voice-picking

systems, or other warehouse technology.

• Select products according to the correct item, quantity, size, and order

specifications.

• Inspect selected products for accuracy, quality, and condition.

• Build and organize pallets safely and efficiently.

• Wrap and secure completed pallets before staging them for shipment.

• Move completed orders to designated loading or staging areas.

• Restock inventory manually or with approved warehouse equipment.

• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.

• Maintain accurate records of completed orders.

• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.

• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions to a

supervisor.

• Follow all company health, safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Order Selector, Order Picker, Warehouse Associate, or

similar warehouse position preferred.

• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment

• Experience with RF scanners or voice-picking systems is a plus.

• Ability to read and write in English and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
