Order Selector - Produce Distribution Warehouse
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Order Selector to join our produce distribution warehouse team. In this role, you will accurately pick, build, and stage customer orders in a fast-paced cold storage environment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Pay:$17.50/hourplus additional performance incentives based on selecting rates
Responsibilities:
Accurately pick produce orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Verify product quality, quantity, and freshness
Build pallets and stage orders for shipment and loading
Safely use a pallet jack to move product throughout the warehouse
Use scanners and follow order selection procedures
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and warehouse standards
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Meet daily productivity and order accuracy expectations
Qualifications:
Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment
Ability to safely operate a pallet jack
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift, carry, stack, and move boxes on a regular basis
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
Prior warehouse, order selecting, or produce experience preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
