Order Selector - Premier Swing Shift

Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Full Time | 5 days per week | 2 consecutive days off | Weekend availability required

Hours: 2:00pm start time - until needed

Our client is screening candidates for their Premier Swing Shift—a high-performance role reserved for their strongest and most dependable selectors. This is not a standard warehouse shift. This role is designed for individuals who:

- Performance Bonuses Upon Conversion: $250–$375 (based on productivity)

Accurately select customer orders using a voice-directed system
Operate electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Stack, label, and shrink-wrap pallets to meet shipping and quality standards
Consistently meet or exceed required KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, and gap performance
Monitor personal performance metrics and make real-time adjustments to maintain standards
Follow all safety procedures, GMPs, and company policies at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Perform other duties as assigned

Performance Requirements

This is our client’s highest-standard shift. Expectations are firm and non-negotiable. All new hires must meet the following after 10 days of training:

Productivity: 100 cases per hour
Accuracy: No more than 1.2 errors per 1,000 cases
Gap Time: 18% or lower

Must be at least 18 years old
At least 6 months of electric riding pallet jack experience
At least 1 year of warehouse distribution experience
Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. repeatedly
Ability to push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. consistently
Comfortable working in cold and wet environments (20-30 degrees)
Basic English comprehension required
Non-slip footwear required

All job offers are contingent upon passing a drug screening, including THC. All bonuses are paid out upon successful completion of temp to hire contract.
