Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 4:30/6:00 AM, 4 nights per week

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements:

• Entry-level position
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties:

• Pick customer orders by hand using an electric cart
• Utilize pick-to-light and handheld scanner systems
• Accurately select, sort, and prepare products for shipment
• Assist with warehouse cleaning and organization tasks
• Follow inventory and order accuracy procedures
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities:

• Lift up to 30 pounds continuously
• Stand and walk on concrete floors for 8+ hours per shift
• Work at a fast pace throughout the entire shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement required

Additional Requirements:

• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required
• Shorts and t-shirts permitted
• Must be comfortable working in a large warehouse environment
• Ability to walk quickly and safely throughout the shift
• One 20-minute paid break and one 30-minute unpaid break
• Safety vest, safety glasses, and badge provided
• One earbud permitted for music only while working

What You Will Do

As a Order Selector you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

A Order Selector supports warehouse success by accurately receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products according to established procedures. This role combines physical activity with organization and attention to detail while maintaining safe warehouse operations.

The Order Selector works with inventory systems, warehouse equipment, shipping documentation, and customer orders while helping maintain efficient workflows and inventory accuracy. Consistency and teamwork support operational excellence.
