ORDER SELECTORS, TRUCK LOADERS & QC INSPECTORS

Open Positions & Pay Rates:

• Truck Loader – $17.00/hour

• Quality Control Inspector – $16.50/hour

• Order Selector – $15.00/hour + Production Incentive Pay

Job Responsibilities:

Depending on the role assigned, responsibilities may include:

Truck Loader:

• Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently

• Ensure proper stacking and secure shipments

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Quality Control Inspector:

• Inspect products for quality and accuracy

• Identify and report defects or discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with company standards

Order Selector:

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately

• Meet daily productivity and performance goals

• Operate warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Team player with a solid work ethic

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
