Global Indirect Markets is a small, growing Dallas-based company that helps federal agencies and government contractors source and execute complex IT and technology purchases.

\n

\n

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Order Specialist to help manage complex IT equipment orders from initial entry through successful delivery.

\n

\n

This is a full-time salaried position with competitive compensation based on experience.

\n

\n

This is not a sales role. It’s a hands-on operations position where accuracy, ownership, and follow-through really matter.

\n

What You’ll Do

\n

• \n
• Enter, process, and track complex customer orders
• \n
• Manage orders with numerous SKUs, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements
• \n
• Review orders carefully and catch discrepancies before they become problems
• \n
• Work closely with customers, sales, distributors, manufacturers, and internal teammates
• \n
• Track order status, product availability, shipping, and changes
• \n
• Help resolve pricing, product, documentation, and order issues
• \n
• Keep customer and order information accurate across multiple systems
• \n

What We’re Looking For

\n

• \n
• Experience in order management, customer operations, sales support, customer service, procurement support, or a similar role
• \n
• Excellent attention to detail
• \n
• Strong computer skills and comfort working across multiple systems
• \n
• Organized, dependable, responsive, and able to manage a lot of information accurately
• \n
• Comfortable working with technical products and complex order details
• \n
• Team-oriented, accountable, low-ego, and willing to jump in where needed
• \n
• Experience with IT hardware, electronics, networking, data center equipment, or technical distribution is a strong plus
• \n
• Federal or government-contracting experience is nice to have, but not required
• \n
