Step into a day where details drive delivery
Morning kicks off with a quick scan of your inbox and voicemail. You triage customer questions, confirm order details, and log updates in our systems. As production ramps up, you’re coordinating with the warehouse and shipping to lock in timelines, then circling back to customers with clear status updates. By midday, you’re processing order changes, tracking shipments, and ensuring documentation is spot-on. In the afternoon, you’re resolving concerns with professionalism, supporting inventory and order workflows, and wrapping the day with accurate records and a brief report-out.
What you’ll handle
- Be the primary contact for customers via phone and email, offering timely, professional support
- Enter and update orders, revisions, and changes with precision
- Partner with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to meet delivery commitments
- Track shipments and proactively provide customers with status updates
- Maintain accurate purchase orders, customer records, and related documentation
- Resolve concerns quickly and courteously, keeping stakeholders informed
- Assist with inventory and order management activities
- Handle data entry, basic reporting, and administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate consistently with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism in every interaction
What helps you thrive
- Background in customer service, administration, or order processing (preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics (a plus)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Deadline-driven, detail-focused, and a practical problem solver
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Work setting & schedule
