Under the supervision of the Organ Referral Manager, job duties include: Assumes responsibility for timely response to referrals and coordination with hospital, transplant center, other OPO, and DonorConnect staff in managing referrals, imports, flyouts, and miscellaneous calls. Adheres to DonorConnect and regulatory requirements. Completes case follow-up tasks, referral and import documentation, LMS trainings, time sheets, and any other requirements by designated deadlines. Responds to email, text, and phone communication in a timely manner.Assumes responsibility to be an effective and contributing team member by holding one's self and peers accountable and supporting continuous improvement within the team and organization wide.
