We are currently looking for an organic chemist to join our Encoded Technologies team in Cambridge, MA. The primary focus of this role is to support our on-DNA binder confirmation platform and on-DNA reaction optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesize on-DNA compounds for on-DNA binder confirmation (ODBC) projects within expected timelines.
- Develop and optimize new DNA compatible reactions that can be employed in the production of DNA-encoded libraries
- Communicate key results and enable data driven decision making
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in chemistry, chemical biology or biochemistry
- Lab-based chemistry research experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with on-DNA chemistry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality results
- Self-motivated with an ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, including critical thinking skills
