Summary: At Envision, the primary purpose of the Organizational Change Manager (OCM) is to apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities that will best support adoption. The OCM will work within the IT Capability Portfolio team and work across multiple projects. The Operational Change Manager will need to consistently provide exceptional communication and strong collaboration across various departments including IT, Business Operations and Clinicians. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships, deep experience driving change management, and a passion for understanding complex initiatives while successfully delivering work to best support Envision Healthcare.

- Recognized Change Management accreditation (i.e. APMG, Prosci) strongly preferred
- Bachelor''s degree from four-year college/university or extensive specialized training in related field
- 5 or more years of Operational Change Management experience
- 3-5 years of prior experience in technology and healthcare entities strongly preferred.
- Experience Leading teams
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated ability to create and facilitate executive-level presentations.
- Strong leadership skills and team player mentality.
- Excellent large and small group facilitation skills
- Proactive self-starter with a dynamic and resilient nature, high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

- Proactive identification and communication of issues that may impede an initiative and the ability to use critical thinking skills to determine alternative solutions
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment department.
- Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices, with an eye towards execution
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and experience leveraging tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data, and structure information
- Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans, socialize and deploy them, including executive-level communications (PowerPoints, email, etc.)
- Proactive individual, able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written/oral communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work across the organization to break down silos and help the business -think like- and -communicate like- a cohesive entity
- Able to quickly forge effective working relationships with a variety of personalities
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
