Organizational Change Management Lead PROSCI (Remote)

We are looking for a Organizational Change Management Lead PROSCI for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will lead organizational change initiatives by conducting change impact and stakeholder analysis, developing change management plans, and driving communication, training, and user adoption for new 1LMX tools and processes.

This is a 15-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, this is a remote role in the US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• As a Change Management Lead on the Organizational Change Management team for 1LMX, you will partner with executive leaders, mid-level managers and front line employees to support all change & learning activities to build the appropriate levels of awareness, increase change acceptance and user adoption.
• This role will be responsible for working with our 1LMX customer population to develop organizational change management solutions as they prepare to adopt 1LMX tools and processes.
• Change impact analysis
• Stakeholder analysis
• Training development & delivery based on survey feedback/results
• Survey construction and deployment
• Analysis of survey results
• Communication design and development
• Executing stakeholder engagement strategy
• Developing executable change management plans for continuing system releases and solutions to address existing pain points post implementation
• Creating end-user communications regarding changes
• Creating presentations and talking points for executives through individual contributor presentations.
• This position will require approximately 25% travel. This can be a fully remote position. Travel will be determined based on client needs, no set travel at this time.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as organizational change management consultant using ADKAR methods and practices
• PROSCI certification
• Hands-on experience with Change Management activities (change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, role mapping, survey construction and deployment, analysis of survey results and incorporating feedback into methodology and alignment through training development/delivery)
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication crafting, course/material creation and instruction design (instructor-led or web-based training, quick reference guides, etc.), meeting facilitation, and executive briefing.
• Experience with Captivate, Enable Now, WalkMe, and other digital adoption platforms
• Leadership Development Program graduate
• Bachelor's Degree

Compensation: $70/hr - $75/hr
