Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Administrator to support the coordination, delivery, and adoption of technology-focused projects and initiatives.

 

The selected candidate will lead and coordinate change management activities involving people, processes, and technology. Projects may include enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives, software development projects, and broader digital transformation efforts.

 

The OCM Administrator will develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, readiness, training, resistance management, and adoption strategies under the direction of program and technology leadership.

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of a degree.

 

Required Experience

  • Three to five years of relevant business or industry experience.
  • One to three years of experience in project leadership, program leadership, project management, program management, or organizational change management.
  • Experience supporting technology-related projects and organizational transformation initiatives.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Organizational Change Management workstream lead for technology projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, solution architects, business stakeholders, and other project workstreams.
  • Communicate OCM information related to project scope, budget, risks, timelines, and resources.
  • Coordinate OCM tasks, activities, assignments, and deliverables.
  • Monitor daily work efforts and ensure assignments are completed according to established schedules.
  • Conduct quality reviews of OCM work products and deliverables.
  • Prepare status reports and escalate functional, quality, resource, or timeline concerns when appropriate.
  • Coordinate the development and completion of project-related OCM materials.
  • Review OCM deliverables and provide constructive feedback.
  • Confirm that OCM deliverables align with preceding, dependent, and succeeding project deliverables.
  • Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria, quality standards, budget requirements, and project expectations.
  • Track key milestones for projects that include an OCM component.
  • Identify, prioritize, and communicate opportunities to improve project readiness and adoption.
  • Participate in or facilitate OCM meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and implementation activities.
  • Support change management activities for enterprise systems, cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure projects, software development projects, and digital transformation programs.
  • Adapt change management strategies according to the people, process, and technology impacts of each project.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to assess the organizational impact of system and process changes.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans that align with project milestones and go-live dates.
  • Develop and maintain OCM documentation, including:
  • Change impact assessments
  • Stakeholder analyses
  • Organizational readiness assessments
  • Communication plans
  • Training plans
  • Resistance management plans
  • Post-implementation sustainment plans

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge principles, practices, methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management practices and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of assessment and analytical processes.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional theories.
