The Organizational Development Consultant at ADVISA plays a vital role in advancing our mission to develop leaders and drive organizational excellence. The Organizational Development consultant is a strategic partner responsible for leading high-level facilitation and driving impactful solutions at the organizational level. This role leverages data to measure success, advance our Leader Led Culture system, and ensure our work aligns seamlessly with client needs through collaboration and innovation. With a proactive mindset, this position navigates complex challenges, offering thoughtful insights and taking decisive action to deliver results efficiently. This person is an expert in group process facilitation with a proven ability to gain executive buy-in in the training room and consultative conversations. By combining strategic thinking with practical execution, this role ensures sustainable, lasting impact for clients and their organizational culture.

Facilitation and Training (50%)
- Deliver quality in-person and virtual training to ADVISA clients, ensuring an engaging, impactful, and meaningful experience that drives behavior change to support organizational goals
- Facilitate ADVISA’s portfolio of organizational development programs including, but not limited to, the following:
- Data Debriefs (LCA Summary, Engagement, etc.)
- Data Collection (Focus Groups)
- Diagnose and Define
- ADVISA Leadership Academy
- Custom Focused Selling
- Leadership Summits

- Customized courses for clients
- Topical short courses
- Executive Coaching
- Demonstrate exceptional preparation for sessions
- Engage with clients in the moment, exhibiting adaptability and responsiveness to participants during the session to deliver on our brand promise of driving behavior change
- Partner with executive teams to define organizational core values and leadership capabilities, facilitating candid discussions, challenging assumptions when needed, and driving alignment around next steps.
- Implement feedback from client evaluations to continuously improve facilitation quality and participant satisfaction
- Facilitate with excellence, maintaining control of the room while fostering open dialogue, collaboration, and reflection
- Push clients to explore deeper insights and make meaningful changes by challenging assumptions and guiding action-oriented discussions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align training with broader client objectives and organizational priorities
- Catalyze meaningful behavior change by encouraging and enabling clients to connect training content to their real-world challenges and opportunities
- Develop executive summaries, strategic recommendations, and comprehensive reports that synthesize workshop outcomes into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and stakeholders
- Serve as an ambassador for ADVISA’s values and mission, representing the brand with expertise and professionalism
Product Design and Innovation (30%)
- Identify emerging client and business needs to inform the design of new organizational development products and solutions
- Design and customize learning experiences by adapting existing programs and creating tailored sessions that align with each client's unique business challenges, culture, strategic priorities, and desired outcomes
- Develop innovative products aligned with the Leader-Led Culture System, ensuring consistency with ADVISA’s philosophy and approach
- Pilot new products and learning experiences, gathering feedback and evaluating outcomes to inform refinement and broader implementation
- Continuously assess and enhance the existing product portfolio, making improvements based on client feedback, facilitator insights, and business priorities
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset to strengthen product quality, relevance, scalability, and learner impact
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements and innovation efforts that support organizational strategy and client success
- Actively shape, innovate and enhance ADVISA’s products and frameworks, ensuring they remain innovative, relevant, and responsive to evolving client needs
Strategic Influence (10%)
- Build trusted relationships across ADVISA, fostering alignment, collaboration, and shared ownership of outcomes that advance company and client goals
- Partner with peers, Leadership Consultants, entire Delivery team and senior leaders to align on priorities, allocate resources, and ensure initiatives are aligned with organizational strategy
- Facilitate open communication and feedback loops to strengthen collaboration, ensure clarity, and resolve challenges proactively
- Promote a culture of curiosity, innovation, and shared success—leaning into challenging the status quo and pursue excellence in every aspect of the work
A-Team (10%)
Participate in team initiatives; examples include but are not limited to:

Position Requirements
- Executive Facilitation and Coaching: Demonstrates exceptional facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to engage senior leaders, navigate complex group dynamics, foster productive dialogue, and drive meaningful behavior change
- Strategic Consulting and Influence: Builds credibility quickly, partners effectively with executive teams, and confidently challenges assumptions to help leaders make informed decisions and achieve organizational alignment
- Product Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identifies emerging client and business needs, designs innovative solutions aligned with ADVISA's Leader-Led Culture System, and continuously refines existing products to maximize impact and scalability
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Analyzes organizational data, client insights, and business challenges to develop practical, high-impact recommendations that improve leadership effectiveness and organizational performance
- Executive Communication: Communicates with clarity and professionalism through facilitation, written deliverables, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations that translate complex discussions into actionable next steps
- Adaptability and Client Focus: Demonstrates agility in responding to evolving client needs, adjusting facilitation and consulting approaches in real time while maintaining a high-quality client experience
- Collaboration and Organizational Influence: Builds trusted partnerships across internal teams and client organizations, leading through influence rather than authority to achieve shared outcomes and organizational success
- Ownership and Accountability: Takes ownership of client engagements, product initiatives, and organizational priorities, following through with a high level of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- 8+ years working in a client focused, professional services business preferred
- Experience in a leadership position and/or highly fluent in leadership and organizational development
- Proven facilitation skills
- Expert level fluency with all Microsoft products
- Executive-level communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required
Time Requirements
- Minimum of 40 hours
- Flex Scheduling
- Must be based in the Indianapolis, Carmel or surrounding areas
- In office on average three days a week
Compensation:
- $100,000 - $115,000 Annual salary
