Job Summary

The Organizational Effectiveness Consultant partners with leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and change readiness. This role helps leaders and teams navigate change by assessing needs, identifying impacts, and creating practical solutions that improve collaboration, performance, and adoption. The role also designs and facilitates leadership development and team effectiveness sessions that build practical skills and support organizational goals.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $78,000 - $87,000. The final offer will be based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Consult with leaders to develop change management strategies, communication plans, training plans and leader tools that help leaders and teams adapt to change.
  • Assess the impact of change on leaders, teams, and workflows to identify risks, barriers, and support needs.
  • Develop and facilitate training to build leadership skills and support leader development.
  • Develop and facilitate team workshops and other engagement efforts related to change, team effectiveness, and organizational needs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and change adoption.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field and (4) four years' of professional experience directly related to leadership development, organizational development or change management OR (8) eight years of equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prosci Change Management Certification, CCMP, and/or relevant coaching or facilitation certification.
  • Experience with leadership development assessments/tools.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and change management practices
  • Skill in facilitation, consultation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Skill in developing training, communication, and leader support resources
  • Ability to assess needs, identify challenges, and recommend practical solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with leaders, teams, and partners
