Responsibilities:

• Internal analytics & decision support: build and maintain OE metrics across recruiting quality, talent development, organizational health, and workforce efficiency to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Organizational diagnostics: conduct deep-dive analyses on key people and organizational issues, identify root causes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• External benchmarking: track industry trends and benchmark leading companies to identify relevant practices and improvement opportunities.
• Cross-functional OE initiatives: partner with HRBPs, COEs, and business teams to drive initiatives across organizational design, workforce planning, process optimization, and performance management.Minimum Qualification(s)
• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Economics, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Genuine curiosity about people and organizations, you don't settle for surface-level numbers, but want to dig into the management logic behind the data.
• Fast learner with strong insight and logical thinking, able to deconstruct complex problems and form sound judgments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, outcome-focused with a bias for delivering real business impact; self-driven and accountable.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python or advanced Excel.
