Orion Production Integrator Engineer 3Rd Shift

ASRC Federal System Solutions (AFSS) is seeking a ORION Production Integrator Engineer, 3rd shift at KSC, FL.The Production Integrator plays a critical role in the program by leading the tactical execution team on the floor, known as the Vehicle Integration Team. The Production Integrator is an independent and capable Engineer that can lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers through the assembly process of their assigned VIT.Specific Job Duties:

This position is supporting the FAST Cell VIT Team at KSC for ATLO OrionThis is primarily a 3rd shift position but can require occasional support on alternate shiftsRaise awareness for schedule impactsWork cross-functionally with all areas of the program to support integration of vehicle assemblySchedule vehicle assembly with evolving prioritiesAdjudicate any parts or engineering issues that arise during integration effortsDocument issues and work to resolve them with applicable stakeholdersMaintain a lessons learned database

Requirements

ABET Accredited Engineering Bachelor's degree, related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education and/or Project/Program management experience.

Required Skills:

Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawingsMust be able to understand engineering specificationsMust be able to understand work instructionsMust be able to understand test requirementsAdvanced experience in Microsoft suit toolsAbility to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
