Are you an experienced Dental Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment?
We are seeking a proven leader to oversee the daily operations of our busy combination pediatric and orthodontic practice. Pediatric dentistry is our primary business line, with orthodontic services offered approximately 2–3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading both sides of the practice while understanding that the majority of daily operations are focused on pediatric dentistry.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager who is passionate about exceptional customer service, building strong teams, and helping a growing practice succeed. What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy pediatric practice with a part-time orthodontic specialty.
- Deliver an outstanding patient and parent experience while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable office culture.
- Monitor office performance, scheduling, production, and financial goals.
- Drive patient satisfaction, case acceptance, and practice growth.
- Partner with providers and support departments to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations.
- Ensure team certifications, licenses, and required training remain current.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and the overall patient experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of dental office management experience required.
- Experience managing a pediatric dental practice is strongly preferred. Experience in a combination pediatric/orthodontic office is ideal, as orthodontic services are provided 2–3 days per week.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop successful teams.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing office performance, production, and financial goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred (or equivalent management experience).
