Role Description The Orthodontic Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton & Wellington, FL. This role supports the orthodontist chairside by preparing treatment rooms, assisting with orthodontic procedures, and ensuring patient comfort throughout each visit. Daily responsibilities include taking impressions and records, handling orthodontic appliances, maintaining sterilization and infection control standards, and organizing instruments and supplies. The Orthodontic Assistant also helps with patient education regarding oral hygiene and appliance care, updates charts and records, and collaborates closely with the clinical and front office team to maintain smooth patient flow.

• Candidates should possess skills and experience in Dental Assisting and general Dentistry practices.

• Candidates should possess knowledge and practical skills in Orthodontics and orthodontic treatment procedures.

• Candidates should possess strong competencies in Dental Care and patient oral health education.

• Candidates should possess skills in Sterilization, infection control, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.

• Relevant qualifications such as completion of a dental assisting program, current certifications (e.g., radiography, CPR), and prior orthodontic or dental office experience are highly beneficial.
