About the Role:
Siri C Steinle DMD PC is seeking a dedicated Orthodontic Assistant in Brockton, MA. We are a friendly, no-drama, non-corporate office led by a kind employer who values a respectful workplace.  We maintain a traditional, "old school" approach using paper records to keep our focus entirely on the patient experience. We are looking for a reliable professional with a strong work ethic who will fit into our casual, stress-free environment. The Details:

• Schedule: 7:45AM- 5:00PM Monday Tuesday Thursday  (27.75 hours total)

Responsibilities: 

• Assist the orthodontist chairside during patient examinations and orthodontic procedures
• Place and remove orthodontic brackets, bands, wires, and other appliances under doctor supervision
• Take and process dental X-rays, photographs, and impressions/digital scans
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment progress
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area
• Update and maintain accurate patient records and treatment charts

Requirements:

• Prior orthodontic assisting experienceis required
• Dental Assistant Certification is required
• Familiarity with orthodontic procedures, terminology, and equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-friendly chairside manner
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent patient care
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
