We are looking for an experienced orthodontic assistant to join our team. Our orthodontic assistants work with the doctor to guide teeth into a beautiful smile and functional bite.  We strive to develop clinicians who can help treatment progress by skillful clinical skills.

• Someone who is truly passionate about orthodontics 
• Someone who wants to help our patients become life long dental patients who love and take care of their smile
• A person who thrives in the middle of busyness and still can make their patients feel special
• A detail oriented person - you can see if a tooth is a half millimeter to incisal and spelling errors drive you crazy!
• An embracer of technology and trying new things! 
• A team player 
• Prior orthodontic assisting experience required
  
• EFDA in Orthodontics or equivalent preferred

What you'll do:

• Follow the doctors treatment plans for the patient
• Assess and analyze treatment progress
• Lightforce bonding
• Chairside orthodontic assisting and all of the skills involved with that
• Scanning and taking records photos 
• Oral Hygiene and appliance instructions
• Learn new skills daily
