We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant with strong leadership skills to join our busy orthodontic department. This individual will support the orthodontist while helping oversee the daily clinical operations of the orthodontic team to ensure an exceptional patient experience and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during patient care and treatment procedures.
- Provide leadership and day-to-day support to the orthodontic team.
- Help maintain efficient patient flow and ensure clinic readiness.
- Coordinate scheduling and daily operations to maximize productivity.
- Support training and onboarding of new orthodontic team members.
- Monitor inventory and clinical supplies.
- Collaborate with the practice leadership team to maintain high standards of patient care and operational excellence.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture while delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced orthodontic environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $49,000 annually
- Monthly bonus opportunity after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
