Responsibilities:- Assist the orthodontist during procedures and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment for patient treatments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper care of orthodontic appliances.
- Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate patient follow-ups.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience.
- Stay updated on the latest orthodontic techniques and technologies.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred.
- Experience as a dental assistant, preferably in an orthodontic setting.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and orthodontic procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Current CPR certification and knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
