Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments and clinical procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following infection control guidelines.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
- Assist with placing and removing orthodontic appliances under the doctor's direction.
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
- Help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient and family.
- Support the clinical team to ensure an efficient daily workflow.
What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications
- Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred.
- Radiology certification strongly preferred.
- Certified Orthodontic Assistant/Technician preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation
- Experienced Orthodontic Assistants: $20–$28 per hour (based on experience + negotiable)
- Entry-Level Candidates (Training Provided): Starting at $15 per hour
