Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $18 – $28 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following:
Chairside assisting with orthodontic procedures including bonding, adjustments, and appliance removal
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical workflow
Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment progress
Taking digital scans, photos, and radiographs as needed
Managing clinical documentation and assisting with patient flow
Providing occasional front-desk support on non-doctor days, as needed
You will be required to possess the following:
Prior experience as an Orthodontic Assistant strongly preferred
Experience in a fast-paced orthodontic or dental setting
Familiarity with digital orthodontic platforms (Invisalign, SureSmile, iTero) or willingness to learn
Radiology certification is a plus
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
