Schedule

Full-Time

Office Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

No nights or weekends!

What You'll Do

As our Practice Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop an exceptional orthodontic team
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and engaging workplace culture
  • Ensure every patient receives an outstanding experience from their first phone call through treatment completion
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including scheduling, patient flow, production, collections, and case acceptance
  • Hold team members accountable through consistent coaching, communication, and performance management
  • Partner closely with our doctors to achieve practice goals and support continued growth
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and celebrate team successes
  • Oversee daily practice operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in patient care

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is an experienced leader who enjoys motivating others and creating systems that help both patients and team members succeed.

Qualifications include:

  • At least 1 year of dental or orthodontic management experience
  • Previous leadership or management experience required
  • Strong understanding of orthodontic practice operations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
  • Comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and holding team members accountable
  • Experience using reports and KPIs to drive practice performance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, organized, and confident with a patient-first mindset
