Smiles + Bites is a modern, family-owned orthodontic practice focused on thoughtful, personalized care and an elevated patient experience. As we prepare for our opening, we’re seeking a warm, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their orthodontic journey.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating a polished patient experience, and being part of a supportive growing private practice.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and create a polished, comfortable first impression.
- Coordinate new patient consultations from start to finish.
- Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly.
- Support case acceptance through patient-centered communication.
- Verify insurance and assist with financial arrangements.
- Schedule appointments and maintain efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the clinical team.
- Help create a smooth, organized, and positive office environment.
Qualifications:
- Orthodontic or dental front office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Schedule:
- Full-time.
- Monday–Friday.
- Pay: $19–$25/hour depending on experience.
