As calls come in, you'll answer the phone, direct the call to the correct person/department, and provide amazing customer service. With a positive attitude, you'll engage with patients, answer questions, process payments, book appointments, and respond to emails, faxes, and live chats. You'll also make outbound calls to confirm appointments and encourage patients who haven't scheduled a service to stick with their treatment plan.
