As an Orthodontist Assistant you will work closely with our Orthodontists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. This position will require approximately 16 hours per month.
Our Orthodontist sees patients one Friday and one Saturday a month making this a great opportunity for someone seeking a few extra hours of chairside assisting each month. Candidates who are multi-specialty and cross-trained will be given preference.

Compensation 22-26per hour Commensurate with Experience
Requirements X-Ray certification in state of Illinoispreferred Coronal PolishSealant Certification preferred but not required High school graduate or equivalent Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations CPR certification Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling Excellent communication skills Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients Integrity-focused work ethic Team-player attitude Ability to multi-task Open-minded to new systemstechniques direction and feedback Excited to be part of a dental family and a career to be proud of
Benefits Full-time employees 30 hours per week are eligible for medical dental vision and life insurance coverage as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits. Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off and holiday pay. Part-time employees working 16 hours per week are eligible for paid time off.
