Orthodontist – Charlotte, NC


Join our established, dentist-owned dental group serving communities across North Carolina and South Carolina. We’re seeking an Orthodontist to support our growing orthodontic program in the Charlotte area. This is a strong opportunity for a provider looking for consistent patient flow, clinical support, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide orthodontic evaluations and develop treatment plans 
  • Deliver orthodontic care (braces, clear aligners, etc.) 
  • Monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments 
  • Collaborate with general dentists and clinical team members 
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records 

What We’re Looking For

  • Active North Carolina Dental License (required) 
  • Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program 
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail 
  • Effective communication and patient-focused approach 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment 

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday 
  • Flexible based on availability 
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Work Location: In person (Charlotte, NC area)
Compensation: $1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per day
